CONFERENCE SEASON RESHAPES THE OHIO 100m
Here is where the 100m leaderboards stand

Conference championships were held across Ohio the week of May 12-14, and the 100m leaderboards for both the boys and girls saw significant movement. Here is where things stand.
BOYS
Robert Young of Westerville Central leads Ohio boys in the 100m at 10.45, run at the Ohio Capital Conference Championships just last week. A year ago he was a 400m runner, placing 2nd at the OHSAA Division 1 State Championships in the 400m in 47.29 with a 100m best in 2025 of 10.92. This spring he has run 10.45, a drop of nearly half a second. At the same conference meet he also ran 21.15 in the 200m, 2nd in Ohio, and 49.33 in the 400m.
Behind him: Braden Shriner of Logan is 2nd at 10.49, run at the Rocky Brands Invitational on Apr 4. Joe Schaeffer of Huron is 3rd at 10.51. Decarlo Prince of Akron SVSM sits 4th with a time of 10.55. Key'Shawn Garrett of Wayne is 5th at 10.56, Will Strong of Tippecanoe has gone 10.57 and Jayden Perrine of Bay 10.58. Luke Geyer of Aurora ran 10.60 at the Suburban League Championship on May 12-13 to currently rank 8th and Caleb Stanley of Pickerington North is 9th at 10.62.
Six of the top nine marks in Ohio were run at conference championships between May 12-14.
GIRLS
Azarae Hawkins of Mason leads the Ohio girls outdoor 100m leaderboard at 11.67 (+3.3) run at the Greater Miami Conference Championships. The top wind-legal mark belongs to Neveah Hall of Valley Forge at 11.74, run at the Bill Dodd Invitational on Apr 4.
