-Tell us how your summer training is going?

It is going very well and progressing well.


-What are your goals for the upcoming season?

Goals for the upcoming season are to win my conference for the 3rd straight year.  Also I want to run around a 15:30 and place as high at state as possible.


-How long have you been running and how did you get started?

I have been running for 6 years and started in 6th grade when my dad asked if I wanted to run a road race and I did decently well.


-Will you be competing anywhere out of state this season?

I hope to do the Foot Locker meet.


-What is your favorite course to run in Ohio?

My favorite course is Tusky Valley because of the hills.


-What is the toughest course to run in Ohio?

The toughest course in Ohio is Boardman because it is really deceptive.


-What meet during the regular season do you put extra emphasize on to compete well at?

I put extra emphasize on Tiffin Carnival because it is one of the biggest meets in the nation.


-What is your favorite cross country race so far in your high school career?

My favorite meet was the 2011 State meet because I was all ohio and it was my first time qualifying for state.


-Favorite cross country memory?

Sitting on the podium hearing my name announced over the PA system the state meet.


-When you are not running what is your favorite thing to do?

Watch movies

-What's on your Ipod when you go out for runs?

I like to listen to nature and not music


-What professional athlete would you most like to meet?

Bernard Lagat because he is my favorite runner and how he uses race tactics amazes me.
