Worthington Kilbourne senior, Tanner Williams had the biggest reduction of time among athletes who competed at both the 2018 and 2019 OHSAA State Championship meets. The Ohio State commit clocked 15:40.70 this past Saturday in the Division 1 contest, which was good for 7th overall. This was a 1:35.50 improvement from his 96th place finish from a year ago.
