Meet Information

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. School is located at 600 South Dixie Drive, Vandalia Ohio. Exit 63 off interstate 75 (US 40). From South go left, from north go right. Follow National (.5 miles). Turn left on South Dixie. Track is on the left (.3 miles).
2. Schools may enter two contestants per individual event, and one relay
3. Entry fee is $200.00 per team (boys and girls). Make checks payable to: Butler Athletics
4. All running events will be run as finals. Lane assignments and heats will be determined by Finish Timing
5. In the long jump, shot put, and discus there will be 4 attempts, no finals.
6. Coaches meeting at 9:00am (Finish Line)
7. Field events begin at 9:30am and Running events will begin at 9:45am
8. Admission will be $6.00 for adults; $4.00 for students

9. Starting blocks will be provided
10. Only coned-shaped spikes are allowed
11. Chalk or tennis balls must be used for marking check points. No tape please
12. No camps in the home bleachers. Camps in visitors bleachers and north east side of stadium
13. Bull pen will be located at the NW corner of track
14. Coaches/officials hospitality will be provided.
15. Buses drop off athletes at track, and then park in south lot by baseball field (Alkaline Springs)
16. Scoring will be 10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1
17. Please tell your athletes, the football field (goal line to goal line), is off limits. Athletes may warm-up in the end zones and on the east sideline
18. Starting heights will be based on entries and discussed at the coaches meeting

AWARDS

A team champion trophy will be given to the top boys and girls team. Medals will be awarded for first, second, and third places; ribbons for fourth through eighth places.

1. Entries must be completed through Finish Timing www.finishtiming.com
2. All entries must be in by 8:59 pm on Thursday April 18th
