This is not an open meet. Only teams that are already a member of the Northeast Ohio Indoor Track Conference (NEOITC) and in the Red Division may enter: Beaumont, Euclid, Geneva, Lake Catholic, Madison, Mayfield, Nordonia, Riverside, Shaker Heights, University, Wickliffe
