The OHRunners Youth Hammerama is open to all high school athletes
Note - We will throw both the boys and girls hammer. Girls will be first, followed by the boys.
Date: Tuesday, June 10th, 2008.
Time: 5:00pm
Entry: Free, show up at least a half hour before the start of the event for check in, or email jimfindlay1@gmail.com to indicate your interest.
Format: Flights will be determined 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Every competitor will receive three throws. The top nine (9) throwers will move onto finals where they will each receive another three throws.
This will be a qualifying meet for USATF Jr. Nationals. Athletes will need to be registered with USATF in order to throw at the USATF Jr. Nationals. This meet is sanctioned by USATF.
