Meet Information

Date:Saturday, March 27th, 2021

Place:Troy Memorial Stadium (across from Troy High School)

Time:Field Events 10a.m., Running events 11:30 a.m.

Entry Fee:$250 per school ($125 for boys only or girls only)

Online Entry:Timing and results are to be provided by Finishtiming. Entries are to be done at https://oh.milesplit.com/. Have entries completed online by March 25th at 8:59 PM.

Number of Entries:You may have 4 entries in each individual event.

Awards:Team Plaques for 1st and 2nd overall.

Individual awards for 1st - 6th in each event. Each event champion will win a Troy Up and Running Event Champion T-shirt.

Conditions: inch pyramid spikes or shorter ONLY.  Starting blocks will be provided.

Admission:$6.00 for adults, $4.00 for students

Field EventsPole Vault - Girls 6 starting height, then up 6 

         Boys 8 starting height, then up 6 

High Jump (2 pits) - Girls starting ht. 4, then up 3, Boys starting ht. 5, then up 3

Long Jump (2 pits) - 45 minute open pit, 4 jumps, no finals

Shot/Discus - 4 throws, no finals

For the Iron 4x100 Relay, 4 athletes that compete in this meet in the shot put or discus can only participate.

Teams:

  • Coaches and athletes should not be in attendance if they are having any COVID symptoms.

  • Enter the West Gate beside the Hobart Arena parking lot. 

  • All coaches and athletes must wear a mask during the meet, unless they are warming up for an event or participating in an event.

  • Only coaches and athletes that are participating in the field event should be in the field event area so we can adhere to social distancing.

  • Team camps will be located in the south bleachers or behind the south bleachers.

  • No coaches or athletes should be in the infield unless they are checking in for their event. Running Event Check Ins will be located on the infield beside the pole vault.

  • Make sure your team camp is separate from other team camps so we can remain socially distanced throughout the meet when not competing.

  • Concessions will be available under the north side of the bleachers (the track has now been flipped with the finish line on the home side football bleachers).

  • Restrooms are available for athletes under the southside of the bleachers. 

  • When athletes check in, please make sure they are adhering to social distancing guidelines, being 6 feet apart from the other participants checking in.

  • Make sure athletes are bringing their own water for the meet. Water might not be available to teams due to drinking fountains being shut off at the stadium.

  • Pizza and water bottles will be provided for each team coaching staff for hospitality. The alumni room will not be available for coaches to eat or hang out. Please pick up pizza/water when it arrives and take out to your coaching staff.
