Meet Information

Verification Forms: Head coach must complete the online COVID Verification Form by 6:00pm the day prior to the meet.  Also, print and bring the OHSAA Verification Form to the meet and submit to the meet official.

Entries: Entries are due by 8:00pm on Thursday, April 29, 2021. 2 entries per team for all individual events.  1 entry  per team for relay events.  Note: there will no pole vault.  

Scratch/Replacements: Email directly to awhitman@lutheranwest.com by Friday, April 30th by 6:00pm.  Otherwise, use the following Scratch/Replacement Form on the day of the meet.  All scratches and replacements must be made on Saturday by 10:00am at the finish line tent.  Any replacements made on meet day for runners will be placed in the same heat and lane as the runner who is being replaced.

Field Event Info: Field events start at 10:00am.  Prelims and finals for Discus, Shot Put and Long Jump.  High jump is 5 alive.

Running Event Info: All running events will be finals (no prelims).  Heats will be slow to fast.  Enter only verifiable 2021 Outdoor times and marks for all events.  Any running event entries with no times or non-verifiable times from the 2021 Outdoor season will be entered in the slow heats.  Please be honest with entry times.

Heat/Flight Sheets: Please click HERE for heat/flight sheets.  One copy per team will be issued upon arrival.  Please print additional copies as desired.  Live results will be available on the TRACK MEET MOBILE APP.

Spectators: Ticketing information will be provided to each school the week of the meet through your athletic director.  Seating will be located in the home bleachers for spectators.  Sit on the marked seats only.   Please do not stand at the fence along the track in front of the bleachers. This area needs to be clear at all times as a walkway.

Masks & Social Distancing: All spectators, coaches, student-athletes, officials and event workers must wear a mask and social distance by 6 feet at all times. Student-athletes do not need to wear a mask while competing in an event.
