Please mark your calendar on January 31, 2009 for the LaShawn Merritt Invitational meet to be held at the Boo Williams Sports Complex in Hampton, VA. This Indoor meet is sponsored by the LaShawn Merritt Foundation, and is open to all High Schools. Below is some general meet information:

RULES: In accordance with VHSL
EVENTS: 55m dash 55m hurdles High Jump
300m dash 4 x 200 relay Pole Vault
500m dash 4 x 400 relay Long Jump
1000m run 4 x 800 relay Triple Jump
1600m run Shot Put
ENTRY INFO:
1. All entries will be done online by going to milestat.com. January 26 is the last day to register.
2. Each team is allowed 2 entries per event.
