Qualifying meet for the OATCCC Indoor State Championship
Time:
Running events will begin PROMPTLY at 9:30am, field events at 10:00am.
Medical Forms/Hold Harmless and Release forms:
EACH participant needs to have this Kent State issued form completed with parent and/or guardian signatures. Without this form they will be unable to participate in the meet. Coaches, please make copies of the form for your athletes. Bring form(s) with you to each meet, DO NOT FAX!!!
