Waiver:
Please go to the link and fill out the waiver. You will not be able to compete without it.
Events:
Boys Hammer Throw - 12lbs/5.45kg
Girls Hammer Throw - 4kg
If there are 9 or less competitors, we will go Six (6) throws straight through.
If more than 9, we will have 3 throw preliminary, then top 9 get 3 more in the final.
Schedule:
3:00pm - Registration closes
4:30-4:45pm - Boys HT first flight warm up
4:45pm - Boys HT first flight begins
Rolling schedule. Girls to follow at the completion of the boys event.
Please plan accordingly as it relates to exactly what time you will compete. It will be difficult to assess how many athletes will show up.
