Meet Information
We are pleased that you will be attending the 4th Annual Bay Rockets Invitational. The event will be held at Bay Memorial Stadium on Thursday, April 14, 2022. The meet will begin at 4:30pm with the field events and 5pm with running events. The entry fee for the meet will be $300 per school. We would prefer that the entry fee be paid prior to the day of the meet. If this is not possible, please communicate this to me. Please make checks out to Bay High School.
Entries will be made on MileSplit OH this year under Bay Rockets Invitational. Make sure all rosters are entered in MileSplit. The MileSplit roster will act as the official roster that each team is required to give to the referee at the beginning of the meet. You can begin entering your team as of today. The entry window closes on Tuesday, April 11 at 8 pm. Substitutions and scratches may take place up until 4pm on the day of the meet. Substitutions and scratches should only be for athletes that are sick or injured. You can also email substitutions and scratches to Lightning Timing at changes@lightningtiming.com
You will be allowed 2 entries per event. You may enter only 1 relay team.
The schools participating are Bay, Chardon, Garfield Heights, Horizon Science Academy Cleveland, , Magnificat, North Olmsted, Padua, Valley Forge, and Westlake. Please instruct your buses to drop off the teams in front of Bay Memorial Stadium. Once they drop off the athletes, they can circle back around in the parking lot and line up parallel to the sidewalk running from Bay High School to the stadium. Do not take up parking spots from spectators. Packets will be available in the pavilion as you enter the stadium.
