Team and individual
The top team in each event will receive a plaque.
The top 10 individuals will receive a medal.
Arrival info
Buses and spectators are encouraged to use the main entrance off Cherry Bottom Road. Please refer to the map for specific information on where to enter and park.
Parking lots will open at 7:15 a.m.
Buses
Buses will drop off athletes at the entrance to Carlin Fields. Buses will not drive down to the fields.
Team packets
Check in will open at 7:30 a.m.
Coaches will receive their packets upon arrival at the finish line (Check in table)
Each packet will contain the following:
Team Roster - please make sure this is accurate. Changes should be made at the check in table.

Team camps
Team camps and tents will be adjacent to the start/finish area.
Concession/Restrooms
Located by Hondros Field near the parking lot. You will pass by this while entering campus.
Water will be provided to athletes upon finishing the race.
Chris Cakes
All athletes are entitled to pancakes being made by Chris Cakes. This will be located by the team camp area. Spectators are welcome to purchase pancakes for $5.
