TROY TROJAN RELAYS

Teams Participating:  Butler, Greenville, Lima Senior (girls), Miami East, Northwestern, St. Xavier (boys), Troy, Xenia

Date:Wednesday, March 29th, 2023

Place:Troy Memorial Stadium (across from Troy High School)

Time:Field Events 4:30pm, Running Events 4:30pm

Entry Fee:$300 per school ($150 for boys only or girls only)

Online Entry:Timing and results are to be provided by Finishtiming. Entries are to be done at https://oh.milesplit.com/. Have entries completed online by March 27th at 8:59 PM.

Number of Entries:You may enter 3 athletes in each field event and have 1 relay (4 athletes) in each running event.

Awards:Team Championship belt for Team Champions

Medals for 1st-3rd places

Conditions: inch pyramid spikes or shorter ONLY.  Starting blocks will be provided.

Admission:$8.00 for adults, senior citizens & students. No cash sales for tickets available at the gate.  Purchase individual game tickets at https://troytrojansathletics.com/Click on Ticket Spicket at top of home pageand select the game you wish to attend. Complete the purchase and print a paper ticket to use or  present your digital ticket(s) at the gate.

Field EventsPole Vault - Girls 6 starting height, then up 6 

         Boys 8 starting height, then up 6 

High Jump (2 pits) - Girls starting ht. 4, then up 3, Boys starting ht. 5, then up 3

Long Jump (2 pits) - 2 hour open pit, 4 jumps, no finals

Shot/Discus - 4 throws, no finals

Boys Swedish Sprint Relay 100-300-200-400 - 1 heat

(start on 200m start, 1st exchange will happen in last 4x1 exchange zone, 2nd runner can cut it once through the exchange zone and will pass to the 3rd runner at the start of the 200m dash, 3rd runners runs a 200 and will pass to the last runner at the 4x400 exchange)

Girls Swedish Distance Relay 600-800-1000-1200 - 1 heat

Boys Swedish Distance Relay 600-800-1000-1200 - 1 heat

(1st/4th Runners will begin at start/finish line, 2nd/3rd runners will receive baton at 200m mark, 1st runner can cut in after 1st 100m)

Girls 4x300m Open Hurdle Relay (run as open, times added) - 4 heats

Boys 4x300m Open Hurdle Relay (run as open, times added) - 4 heats

Girls 4x100m Relay - 1 heat

Boys 4x100m Relay - 1 heat

Girls Iron 4x100m Relay - 1 heat (If throws are not finished, this will be moved to after 4x400 relay)

Boys Iron 4x100m Relay - 1 heat

Girls 4x400m Relay - 1 heat

Girls 4x800m  Relay - 1 heat

Awards: Each Team Champion will receive a Troy Relays Championship Belt!

Top 3 in each event will receive medals.
