Meet Information
Athletic Directors and Coaches:
On April 6th, 2023, Chesapeake High School will host the Lions Club Invitational
sponsored by Chesapeake-South Point Lions Club. We are expecting 8-12 schools to
participate this year; RSVP by email is greatly appreciated. Entries will be submitted via
Milesplit.com and are due by 10 am April 6th. Field events will begin at 5:30 pm
followed by running events beginning at 6:30 pm. There will be a coaches meeting at
5:00 pm; any changes need to be made at this meeting.
ENTRY FEE: $50.00 per team or $100 per school, checks should be made payable to
Chesapeake Athletic Department.
SCORING: Eight places will be scored in all events with scoring as follows:
10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
AWARDS: Ribbons will be awarded to the top 8 finishers in each event. Team and
runner-up trophies as well as a High Point award will be given.
TIMING: All timing will be done with FAT, therefore we will not run prelims in any events.
