- National Anthem(11:00 am)
- Running Events(11:00 am)
Entry:
Deadline: Thursday, May 4th at 12:00 PM (Noon)
Scratches/Substitutions: Email clay.george@ansoniaschools.org by Friday, May 5th at 1:00 PM
Running Events: max of 2 athletes per school per event, 1 relay team per school per relay event
Field Events: max of 2 athletes per school per event
Additional Information:
Attempts: 4 attempts and no finals for Long Jump, Shot Put, and Discus
Scoring: 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for all events
Starting Blocks: These will be provided
Batons: Teams are to provide their own batons for races
Track Markings: Please use cut tennis balls and chalk
Medical: Athletic Trainer on site
Spikes: 1/8 - 1/4 spikes, please inform athletes that there are to be NO spikes in the stands
Bull Pen: West end of track near restrooms
Warm-ups: Allowed in the infield prior to event
Non-participants: Stay off the football field during events
Awards: Will be awarded at the end of the meet
Parking: Bus parking will be west of football field by bus barn
Concessions: Available through the Ansonia Athletic Boosters
Camps: Allowed east of the long jump pit and on north side of track. No bleacher camps please
Admission: $5.00 for all tickets (cash only), children not yet in school are free
