Field:11:00am start. 3 throws and 3 jumps advancing 9 to finals for additional 3 attempts.

Throws: Implement weigh-in 9:30-10:00am in the D-zone at the East end of the turf.

Running:12:30pm start. Check in/Spike check will be at the far end of the warm-up area at the West end of the turf. Prelims for 60m Dash and 60m Hurdles. Top 8 fastest times will advance to the final. 200m runners will need to declare by the start of the 400m.

Schedule: Rolling time schedule.

Jumps:2 long Jump/Triple Jump Runwaysdesignated Men and Women. Starting heights as needed, 15 centimeter increments for PV, 5 centimeter for HJ.

Blocks: Will be provided, We suggest you bring your own.

Spikes: Maximum of " exposed pyramids will be permitted.

AT:Athletic training facilities will be available. Staff will send emails prior to the meet with more information.

Concessions:Will be available. NO FOOD AND DRINK ALLOWED IN THE STEEMER. WATER ONLY.

Restrooms:There are public restrooms located in each lobby of the athletic facility.

Showers:Will be available.

Team Camps:Will be located in the 1929 fieldhouse.No spikes allowed in this area.
