DEAR COACHES, ATHLETIC DIRECTORS, AND OFFICIALS
This meet has been chosen as a State Qualifier Meet.
Entry Forms
Entries and rosters will be submitted on Finish Timing again this year. 3 athletes per event; 1 relay per team.
Fee
$250.00 Two teams (Boys and Girls/COED)
$500.00 Two Teams of Boys and Two Teams of Girls

Admission/Concessions
Gates will open at 8:15 AM
Price: $6.00 (cash or digital ticket)

Beavercreek Athletic and GWOC conference passes will be accepted
Concessions will be available for spectators --we will also have several food trucks!!
Coaches hospitality room will be available.
Team Camps
Space will be provided for teams to set up camp in the visitor bleachers.
Officials for this meet are registered with the OHSAA and members of the GDT & CCOA
Scoring
Scoring points awarded for top eight places (10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1).
Entries close on Finishtiming at 11 pm Thursday 4/18.
Scratches and Changes:Due to Finishtiming by noon on Friday 4/19
