Meet Information
- GCXC Racing presents the GCXC Series @ Shaker Woods Festival Grounds (Columbiana/Mahoning County border)
- This event is held at Shaker Woods Festival Grounds. The address is: 44337 County Line Rd, Columbiana, Ohio 44408
- Middle school will compete on the 2-Mile course. High School will compete on the 5K course.
- All races are professionally chip-timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown.
- A live results link will be provided to coaches prior to the meet. Coaches will receive real-time live results as participants cross the finish line.
- Athletes and coaches can also view live results at the finish line tv area.
- Team scores will be posted during the meet.
Schedule of Events
5th/6th Grade - 4:30pm
Middle School Girls - 4:45pm
Middle School Boys - 5:05pm
High School Girls - 5:30pm
High School Boys - 6:10pm
Awards
- Team champions in each race (Middle School Girls, Middle School Boys, High School Girls, High School Boys)
- Top 25 individuals in each race.
Registration Prices
High School (combined boys and girls teams) - $70
Middle School (combined both boys and girls teams) - $70
or $35 per team (if only bringing one team)
High School Individual (not a full team) - $8 per runner
Middle School Individual (not a full team) - $7 per runner
5th & 6th grade - $6 per runner
Please note that the maximum fee is $140 for both high school and middle school teams.
