Meet Information
Note for coaches: Entries close at NOON on Monday, May 6 (day prior to the meet). No late entries will be accepted. Please make sure to enter your athletes in every event that they are planning to compete in.
On the day of the event, final scratches will be accepted at the timing table directly following the coaches meeting at 4:30 pm. After the coaches meeting, heats will be finalized, seeded and uploaded to our live link on Milesplit Live at bit.ly/crcmeets for coaches, parents, and spectators to view. Live results will also be available at that link as well.
Athletes in all running events will need to check in with the check-in table to receive their heat and lane assignments prior to their event.
Athletes in the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m will need to wear numbers (provided by the check-in volunteers) for left-chest. Anchor legs of the 4x400m, 4x800m, and mixed gender 4x400m relays will also need to wear numbers left-chest.
There is a limit of two athletes per event, per school for all open running events and field events. There is also a limit of one relay per school in all relay events.
