Scratch/Substitutions Form
On Saturday, substitutions for any event that was not competed on Thursday may be done as soon as the coach arrives at the venue. Only scratches are allowed for events where a preliminary round was conducted (no substitutions.
The program above includes all eight names that were listed on your relay cards, should you need to refer to it. The relay team that reports must consist of four of the eight athletes on that list.
Bib Numbers:
All running event competitors MUST wear correct bib number on back of uniform when checking in with the clerk and throughout the event. Bibs are not required for field events, but may be worn per athlete/coach preference. Only athletes entered in a running event were assigned numbers. If you need a number for an athlete who has not been assigned one, please email dave@meuleman.us until noon on Thursday and it will be added to the packet. After noon, please come to the press box to obtain a number.
Coaches, please collect the bibs of athletes who will compete on Saturday before you leave on Thursday and redistribute them before finals rather than make the athlete responsible for the bib. Lost/forgotten/damaged bibs can be replaced, but they are an extra expense for us.Relays:
