Tuesday, April 23rd

*Teams: Beavercreek, Carroll, Alter, Fairmont, Springboro, Northmont, Wayne, Vandalia Butler and Centerville

*Time: Coachs meeting 4:15 . Field Events 4:30. Running events 4:45

*Entries: 6 athletes  per event in all Field Events. In running events , the entry limit varies depending on the race.   Last year we struggled getting our field events in so that is why we need to limit to 6 this year.

* inch pyramid spikes or shorter ONLY. Track markings must be done with tennis balls (provide your own). Starting blocks will be provided.

*Field Events: Long Jump and Throws will be 3 attempts, no finals. 

*Throws will be located in the field across from the track. Men's discus first, womens to follow. Three  throws, no finals. 

*Check In: All running events will check in by the start line for that race. All field events will check in where they are located at.

*Admission:

*Team Camps: Bleachers on the visitor side of the stadium.

PR Booth (located  near finish line area)

If your athlete gets a PR they may come to the PR booth

  • Get a picture at the PR booth

  • Ring the PR Bell

  • Get a PR treat

Top 3 in each event (not including relays) will get a PR t-shirt. They will need to come to PR area to claim their shirt.

1st place relay in Mens and Womens relay and  mixed 4x400 will get a pizza. 

Coachs  Hospitality

  • We will have pizza, water and a few other treats for the coaches.  Food will be located in the concession stand near the finish line.
