Dear Coach/Athletic Director;
Thank you for accepting our invitation to compete at our 27th Wayne 9-10 grade Invitational,Wednesday April 23rd , 2025. This is a nice meet where you will be able to run many of your athletes. Also, we do have the FinishLynx Timing system and will have results posted after every event, later on our school website, www.finishtiming.com, as well as oh.milesplit.com. You will also be able to enter three (3) per event, but only one relay .Entries will be done on www.finishtiming.com Please make sure your coaches update your roster.Field Events will start at 4:30 p.m. The 4x800 relay will begin at 4:45, followed by the rest of the meet (100h/110h, etc.)
There will be a coaches meeting at 4:30 p.m. at the finish line. We will not host hammer throw event this year (as of now).
Field events: 4:30
The long jump (open pit 1 hour 15 min), shot put and discus: 4 attempts, no finals
High jump opening heights are: 5'00" for boys and 4'00" for girls.(will adjust if needed)
Pole vault opening heights are: 5'0" for girls and 7'0" for boys.
Triple jump will follow completion of long jump, and will be open pit for 1 hour.
We will run all long jumps, high jumps, pole vaults and triple jumps at same time, as we have two pits for both.
We will have team awards for the top 2 teams, both boys and girls, and medals will go to the top 3 in each event and ribbons for 4th to 8th We will score 8 places - 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.
Team fee is $325 per teams ($175 per separate gender). Please Pay by April 1st,2025
