Meet Information
Online Registration Instructions
This meet is held at the Martins Ferry City Schools camps. Buses will be directed where to park upon arrival. Buses may drop runners off with their tents at the administration building directly to the left after the entrance gate.
We will have professional timing this year. Miles of smiles timing will time the meet. You can find results on their website or on milesplit.com
There will be a concession stand and t-shirt sales. We ask no dogs be brought to the meet for safety purposes. There will be portajohns near the start for runners and people who can not walk to the middle school. The middle school bathrooms will be open for all others.
Coaches need to make sure to not place tents on the course. Also be sure your runners know the course as there will only be a trail vehicle. Lead vehicles may kick rocks up on the runners and will create too much dust. Please ensure the correct number is placed on each runner. Spectators may view the course at the bottom of the hill or go up the hill, but they need to stay near the grass to stay off the course.

REGISTRATION: All registrations will take place on www.oh.milesplit.com
CHECK IN: Packets will be available at the finish line beginning at 8:00 am.
RESULTS: Results can be found oh.misplit.com.
COURSE: The course begins at the shelters by the administration building. It then goes up a hill onto Ayers property. There are three loops for the high school (2 grass and one gravel/dirt) and one large loop for the junior high. Maps will be included in the packets.
CAR PARKING: Spectator parking is available in elementary school parking lot and buses will be directed where to park upon arrival.
