Online Registration Instructions
We would like to welcome you to the KOVCCT Championships. The date for this meet is April 29, 2024. This meet will have FAT timing completed by Tri-State Racer. Entry is open to KOVCCT members only, and is password entry. We encourage you to get your teams signed up early Below are some general information and guidelines.
-All entries to be completed on OHmilesplit. Registration is open and closes at 3:00PM the day of event. PLEASE try to have all scratch/adds made by that time to help the meet go smoothly.
- Field events will begin at 5:00PM. Running events will start at 5:45PM with the 4x800m Relay.
-General Admission $5.00 for all spectators and non-participating students.
-Concessions will be available.
-Buses are to park and unload in the bus lane in front of the Middle and High School. Do not go behind the High School to unload.
-All athletes and coaches enter the South gate in front of the Middle School. It is the gate by the new weight room facility.
-NO TENTS/CANOPIES on the football field or home bleachers. Team areas should not be on the field. Coaches, please keep athletes off the field unless they are warming up for an event.
-Team area can be on the visitor bleachers, or the grass area surrounding the visitor bleachers.
- We have bleacher areas near most all of the field events. Please encourage parents/fans to use these and stay off the track and football field as much as possible.
