Coaches,

For Northwest home meets we will utilize Hytek Meet manager as well as Finish Lynx fully automatic timing equipment. I understand that scratches and substitutions need to be made and that is fine just be sure to let the finish line computer know that in ADVANCE OF THE EVENT. Don't worry about substitutions for relays unless you set a record then tell us and we will correct it.

***Heats and lane seeding will be determined
by using NFHS standards based on athlete
seed time. Fast section last. (***Rule 5-5 Section 5 Article 7)

***Any athlete can score from any heat due to FAT.

***Hytek users, be sure to select "3+ teams double dual"
in the "scoring setup" section of meet manager. Then
select the matchups after seeding. Make sure to not allow B and C teams to score.

The meet should be seeded before you even arrive (barring any changes) so please emphasize that athletes are at their events between second and third call. We will allow athletes to jump/throw out of order to not hold up a field event. Just please communicate with those running the event to allow this. Also, please have the athlete return to their field event ASAP. They will get rest time, but to respect everyone's time lets try to do that.

-There will be a gate fee (no online tickets) for spectators charged by the Northwest Local School District of $5 for adults $3 for students.

-4x800m relay: cones for breakdown on final straight away/100m start.

-4x200m relay exchange 1-Red to Red, exchange 2- Red to Red, exchange 3-Yellow to Yellow, check with exchange zones

-4x100m relay all exchanges yellow to yellow
