Changes/substitutions can be emailed to me at trackdadjay@gmail.com until noon Wednesday May 14 (meet day). After that only competition related injuries during the meet substitutions will be accepted.

Starting Heights:

Girls High Jump: 4' 0", 4' 3", 4' 6", then up by 2"

Boys High Jump: 5' 6", then up by 2"

Girls Pole Vault: 5' 0", then up by 6"

Boys Pole Vault: 7' 0", then up by 6"

4 x 800 relays will be combined but scored separately.
