Starting Heights:

Girls High Jump: 4' 3", 4' 6", then up by 2"

Boys High Jump: 5' 0", 5' 3", 5' 6", then up by 2"

Long Jump: Boys and Girls Open Pit 45-60 minutes following warm ups.
