2025 JV ECC MEET
Saturday, May 10, 2025
Field events at 9am; running events at 9:45am
Welcome to the 2025 JV ECC meet! We look forward to hosting one final competitive opportunity for all of the junior varsity athletes in the conference.
Entries: Buckeye Timing is doing the meet. Please do entries through the Ohio Milesplit portal (Due Thursday, 5/8 at 7pm).
Location: Our track is located on our Central Office/Junior High campus - 160 Miller Road, Lebanon, OH.
Coaches meeting: We will hold a brief meeting for coaches @ 8:40 am in the infield near the timing truck/finish line.
Restrooms/concessions: We will have restrooms and concessions available for spectators.
Team camps: Team camps may be set up in the visitors side bleachers (nearest the baseball field) or in the grassy area behind the home bleachers. If you set up camp in the home bleachers, please stay to the north end nearest the high jump/throws area. Please leave the home side seating nearest the finish line for spectators.
Athletes may use the turf infield for warming up for their events. Please help us keep all athletes who are not getting ready to run off the turf and in the bleachers. The turf can get very crowded once people start camping out.
Awards: Ribbons to the top 6 in each event (top three relays). Please send a coach to the press box at the conclusion of the meet to grab your awards.
Bus parking: Please ask your bus driver to drive around to the junior high bus lot for parking after drop off. There will be a Lebanon meet worker available to help direct. Ive included a map at the end of this document for reference.

9:00am FIELD EVENTS
HIGH JUMP Both boys and girls concurrently (we have two pits).
Boys @ 48 GO 2; GIRLS 38 open, go 2)
LONG JUMP Boys FIRST (Open pit from 9:00 to 10:30; girls to follow.) 4 jumps, no finals.
POLE VAULT CO-ED event, opening at 6 and going 6
SHOT PUT Boys then girls; 3 flights, four throws, no finals.
DISCUS Girls then boys; 3 flights, four throws, no finals.
9:45am (Estimated) RUNNING EVENTS ROLLING SCHEDULE
All Running events are finals based on time. Girls before boys in all running events. 4x800M relay

Bus Parking: Please share this with your bus drivers. They may drop off in front of the stadium, then exit the lot, turning left onto Miller Road, left onto Route 48, and left into the Junior High School Bus lot (see map below). This will allow us to maximize the parking opportunities for fans.
