2025 LEBANON INVITATIONAL

Welcome to the 2025 Lebanon Warrior Invitational! We look forward to a competitive evening as a final tune-up before our conference meets. 

Entries: Two athletes per open running/field event, one relay team. Buckeye Timing is doing the meet. Please do entries through the Ohio Milesplit portal (Due Tuesday, 5/6 at 9pm). 

Location: Our track is located on our Junior High campus - 160 Miller Road, Lebanon, OH.

Coaches meeting: We will hold a brief meeting for coaches @ 4:15 pm in the infield near the timing truck/finish line.

Ticketing: $8 adults/$5 students, seniors. Tickets can be purchased online here (online link will be live the week of the meet) or at the gate.

Entry fee: $125 per gender. $250 if you are entering both a boys and girls team. Please contact Ashley Roehl (roehl.elizabeth@lebanonschools.orgor 513-934-5131) with any payment questions. 

Restrooms/concessions: We will have restrooms and concessions available for spectators. 

Team camps: Team camps may be set up in the visitors side bleachers (nearest the baseball field) or in the far north end of the home bleachers (areas labeled War Zone and Band can be used for team camps) Please leave the home bleachers from the press box to the finish line for spectator seating. 

Athletes may use the turf infield for warming up for their events. Please help us keep all athletes who are not getting ready to run off the turf and in the bleachers. The infield can get very crowded once people start camping out. 

Awards: Top team (Boys and Girls) and top combined team score (Boys and Girls added together). Medals to top three individuals in each event. Please send a coach to the press box at the conclusion of the meet. We will have an envelope ready to go with all of your awards. 

Bus parking: Please ask your bus driver to drive around to the junior high bus lot for parking after drop off. See attached map below. There will be a Lebanon meet worker available to help direct.

4:30 FIELD EVENTS (opening heights are preliminary - we may adjust up/down based on entries).

HIGH JUMPBoth boys and girls concurrently (we have two pits). 

Boys @ 52 GO 2; GIRLS 42 open, go 2)

LONG JUMPBoys FIRST (Open pit from 4:30 to 5:45; girls to follow.) 

4 jumps, no finals.

POLE VAULTGirls first 7, 8 then 6;  BOYS 9, 10 then GO 6

SHOT PUTBoys then girls; 2 flights, four throws, no finals. 

DISCUSGirls then boys; 2 flights, four throws, no finals.

Bus Parking: Please share this with your bus drivers. They may drop off in front of the stadium, then exit the lot, turning left onto Miller Road, left at the stop light onto Route 48, and left into the Junior High School Bus lot (see map below). This will allow us to maximize the parking opportunities for fans.
