MADISON MIDDLE SCHOOL INVITATIONAL

TRACK AND FIELD MEET 

At Startek Stadium, Pete Haver Track

4:00, Monday, April 14th, 2025

At Madison High School

PARTICIPANTS: Ashland, Clearfork, Lexington, Madison, Mansfield MS, Shelby, Mt.Vernon and

Wooster. 
Welcome to the 24 th Madison Junior High Invitational.
     Each team has been invited to the meet through https://oh.milesplit.com/ Entry window opened 8:00 am

March 10, and entries are due no later than 9:00 PM, Saturday, April 12th. Per the timer, there will be no

scratch and replace on the day of the meet.
     Awards: Boys and girls team trophy for winner. Medals for 1st only.
     Coaches please make sure that your athletes have 1/4 or shorter spikes and your team complies with all

OHSAA uniform rules..
     Pole vault will not be contested (again) this year.
     Rest rooms will be available. Locker rooms will not be available, please come dressed to run.
     A concession stand will be open.
     A certified athletic trainer will be accessible during and shortly after the meet. Coaches may contact the

press box, clerk of course, or any Madison coach if the trainer is needed.
     Admission charge: Adults = $5.00, Students = $3.00.

Meet Schedule
4:00 Coaches meeting at the finish line.
4:15 Field Events:
Shot put, Boys/Girl
Discus, Girls/Boys
High jump, Girls/Boys
Long jump, Open pit until 5:45 for all athletes

4:45 Running Events:



Our events and event order will be those of a regular meet.

Runners are expected to report to the clerk or course before the 3 rd call.

Please coach-up your athletes regarding how to check out and return to a field event in a timely

manner.

ALL races EXCEPT the 200 m dash, and 200 hurdles need to report to the bullpen at the north

spur (scoreboard end) of the stadium. The 200 m dash, and 200 hurdles will be clerked from the

start line for that event.

High jump starting bar heights will be determined by submitted seed heights. High jump will increase by 2.

Scoring for both open events and relays will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1

Please note the following:
   1. Rosters must be submitted through Milesplit Online Entry
        System before the entry deadline.
             Late entries may not be processed or if accepted, are subject to a Late Entry Penalty!
    2. Please be sure to update your online roster if you have used Milesplit in the past.
    3. The Entry window will close precisely at the time posted above.
To register online:
, log into or create a oh.milesplit account
2. Create an account or login to your existing account by clicking Log In in the navigation bar.
3. Once youve logged in, find the meet by clicking Calendar in the navigation bar.
4. Choose Outdoor season then search Madison Middle School Invitational (4/14)
5. Click the green register online button
6. Select the School option on the registration page
7. Select your team and verify your schools contact person.
8. Once in, you may need to add athletes to the Athlete Pool section. Please make sure you

save once you have added athletes.
9. To enter athletes into events click the ADD ENTRIES button next to the desired event. Be

sure to submit a seed time if available and click save to everything you do.
10. Once you have added all of your athletes to events, you will see your registration

confirmation. Once you are done reviewing your information, click Done in the lower right-

hand corner.
11. THERE WILL BE NO SCRATCH & REPLACE THE DAY OF MEET
