Online Registration Instructions
Two heats of boys 1 mile and 2 heats of 800 for both boys and girls will be run.
We will have NO finals in the throws. 2 and 1-1 format for throws due to number of throwers and limited visibility - 4 throws per athlete. Due to new elementary school construction, the throws area will be in the field across from the field house along the school road.
Updated time schedule below. This will be in your packets as well.
Timed finals so please be accurate on entry times. We want to be sure the fastest athletes are in the correct heats
