RESULTS
WRC Dual Meet - Eastlake North at Mayfield - Start time: 4:30 PM
Please submit your team's most up-to-date Athlete Roster and Event Entries to MileSplit by 6:00PM Tuesday night.
For Races run in Lanes: (100/110h, 100, 200, 300h, 400)
- Enter every athlete that will be running in that event
- At minimum, enter times for your 4-8 fastest kids so they will be assured to race in the 1st & 2nd fastest heat(s) against the opposing team's fastest athletes. The more times you enter the more accurate the competitiveness of each section will be.
For Races not run in Lanes: (800, 1600, 3200)
- Enter every athlete that will be running in that event
- If the entries exceed the maximum number allowable for one heat, you may be contacted to enter times for those kids you wish to be in the faster section. (For dual meets, the 800 will likely be the only distance race with the potential for 2 heats)
For Relay races: (4x100, 4x200, 4x400, 4x800)
- If more than 1relay is entered for your team per race, please seed which relay you anticipate being your most competitive. Remaining relay groups for each team will be allocated to lanes promoting the most competitive outcome.
For Field Events: (shot put, discus, long jump, high jump, pole vault)
- Enter every athlete that will be competing in those events
- For the shot and discus: at minimum enter marks for your best four throwers so they will be assured to throw in the best flight
- Long jump, high jump, and pole vault do not need marks entered
Meet Day Details:
- Minor line-up adjustments may be made following the entry deadline over email ( brent.brown8189@gmail.com ) until 1:00PM on the day of the meet.
- Scratches may be made in person at the meet by a Coach prior to 1st call of the 4x800 Relay. These should be communicated and verified by Mayfield's timing crew at the tent near the starting line.
- A heat sheet will be distributed to each team's Coach(s) prior to the start of running events. The packet will include heat & lane assignments for each athlete entered -
- Scratched athletes and any who missed their race will result in Open lanes for that particular athlete & race.
- Please make an effort to assure all present athletes remain in lanes designated on the heat sheet - PLEASE refrain from adding or moving athletes into these open lanes unless communicated by the Timing Crew.
- Athletes who missed their heat may have an opportunity to compete in the last heat of that event if lanes and time permit. This is at the discretion of the Timing Crew who will communicate in advance to Start & Finish line workers.
