Meet Information
All running events will be finals. Athletes will be placed by the submitted time. Please be honest and accurate with the times to allow all athletes the best opportunity to compete. The games committee will make decisions of forming heats.

Please have all data entered by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 27t, 2025. Scratches/substitutions will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28th. We will accept scratches and substitutions on the day of the meet, but we really would appreciate it if these were only for issues that could not have been foreseen and taken care of in the established timelines.
Seated Athletes: Please inform us immediately if you will be bringing a seated athlete, as the meet set-up will have to be adjusted to include those events.
Start Time: 12:00 P.M.
Coaches Meeting: 11:30 in front of the press box.
Facility Information: 400-meter, 8-lane, all-weather track and runway surfaces.
No chalk, tape or stones are permitted on the track or runway surfaces for marking purposes. Only cut tennis balls may be used. Only 1/4-inch spikes may be worn on the track surfaces. Starting blocks will be provided by NHS. Rubber-soled shoes are to be worn on the shot put & discus pads; shots and discs will be weighed in upon arrival.
Tent/Camping Area: Teams will not be permitted to set up camps inside the track area. All tents and team camps must be set outside the track fencing and in areas that do not interfere with meet activities.
Locker/Shower Facilities: Please come dressed as there are not sufficient lockers for everyone.
Admission: Adults: $7.00; Students: $4.00 (WCAL Rates)
Awards: Team plaques for 1st and 2nd place. Individual place winners will receive medals for 1st - 3rd and ribbons for 4th - 6th. Points will be 10-8-6-4-2-1. Award packets will be distributed following the meet.
Refreshments: The Northwestern All-Sports Association will operate concessions throughout the day.
Finally, Northwestern is a tobacco-free campus; the use of tobacco on school grounds is prohibited.
