Submit rosters to MileSplit by 2pm the day of the meet
When you arrive, PLEASE COME TO FINISH LINE ASAP FOR CHANGES/SUBS
ONLY SUBSTITUTIONS (same lane/heat) DURING THE MEET-ALERT THE CLERK
First heat = the hot heat (each teams best 1-2 runners)
Scoring: (2 teams 5-3-1 5 relays) (3 teams 5-3-2-1 5-3 relays) (4 teams 6-4-3-2-1 6-4-2 relays)
(5 teams 8-6-4-2-1 8-6-4-2 relays)
results to be posted on board at fence by the band concession stand
We may need a coach per school to staff an exchange zone for sprint relays
We will not push to combine 4x200/4x100 relays unless truly necessary
We will combine 4x800, 1600, 3200Unless you want them to be run separate

BOYS High Jumpstarting heights: 3-6 girls (raised 2 until 4-8) 4-6 boys (raised 2 until 5-8). (MS 3-4 1@ 4-2 girls and 4-0 1@ 4-8 boys)
BOYS SHOT 2 THROWS, THEN 2 THROWS(scratch line varsity b 25 -g 20) (MS boys 20 -girls 18 )
GIRLS DISCUS 2 THROWS, THEN 2 THROWS(scratch line varsity b 75 -g 50) (MS boys 60 -girls 40 )
DURING WARM UPS, PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF THE OTHER ATHLETES WHO ARE WAITING THEIR TURN TO WARM UP.... GET YOUR THROWS IN QUICKLY SO EVERY FLIGHT CAN GET WARMED UP WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME
