Meet Information
Coaches,
First, let me thank you all for entering the 3rd annual DeHart Hubbard Invitational hosted by Walnut Hills HS. We have an outstanding field assembled, and if Mother Nature cooperates we will certainly see some very impressive performances from the kids across a variety of events. I very much appreciate you choosing us on what is a very busy weekend for top meets here in SW Ohio. In this email I have some final instructions regarding the meet. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: Entries for our meet this year are being handled by Finishtiming.com, who is also providing Fully Automatic Timing for the meet. Here is the link to get you started - http://oh.milesplit.us/timing/15 . PLEASE do not wait until the day before the meet deadline to get started on entries if you have never used the Finishtiming/milesplit interface. If you have any problems/questions regarding entries be sure to contact Mike Chatfield - I will not be able to help you with any technical concerns regarding the entry site/procedures!
ENTRY MARKS: Coaches, I can't say it any plainer than this - do not enter athletes with inflated marks, especially in the timed final sprint events (400, 300H, 4x100, 4x200, 4x400). If the entry mark you submit lands an athlete/relay team in the fast heat, and cannot be verified on milesplit from the 2010 season, do not be surprised if you find that entry bounced back to the SLOW heat. 2010 indoor marks ARE acceptable. If you have any concerns regarding this please don't hesitate to contact me.
MEET SCHEDULE: The meet will begin at 10:00 AM with the field events and sprint prelims, with finals beginning at 12 Noon. I anticipate the meet will conclude between 3:00 and 4:00 PM.

We have a large grassy area just outside the commons area that will be available for warmup during the meet. Coaches will have total access to the infield area throughout the meet.
DIRECTIONS AND PARKING: I-71 South to the Dana Ave. exit (#5), turn right. At Dana and Montgomery Rd. turn left. At Montgomery Rd. and Jonathan Ave. turn right. Buses are advised to park in the parking lot next to the tennis courts(track is next to the courts). Spectators are advised to continue past the tennis courts down the hill to the Sulsar circle parking area in front of the school. Additional overflow parking lots are available at the Blair Ave. entrance to the school.
SPECTATOR ADMISSION: $6 adults, $4 students and senior citizens.
Again, I thank you for your participation this year. If you have any questions I have not covered please don't hesitate to contact me. I look forward to seeing you all next week
