8:30 Coaches Meeting
9:00 Girls pole vault / Boys pole vault to follow
Boys high jump / Girls high jump to follow
Boys shot put / Girls discus 2 flights of teams
Boys & Girls long jump simultaneously
NOTE: 4 jumps/throws (no finals) for LJ/Shot/Discus
10:30 Running Event Finals Regular OHSAA meet order
As in the past, we will be using timed finals in the hurdles,
100, and 200 instead of having semi-finals in those events.
SCRATCHES or CHANGES -- There will be a coaches meeting in the football locker room
near the new restrooms at the south end of the track at 9:30AM. Scratches/changes
maybe made at this time.
ENTRY DEADLINE -- Entries will be made online at: https://oh.milesplit.com/
Entry window opens at 12noon on Sunday, April 27th.
Entry window closes at 11:00pm on Thursday, May 1st.
Awards -- Ribbons for the first six placers. Trophies for the first and second place teams. Ribbons will be put in a packet for coaches to pick up in the stadium pressbox after the meet. Meet results will be posted on MileSplit as soon as possible after the meet.
General Meet Information
-Athletes may wear 1/8-1/4" spikes.
-All runners should report to bullpen at the north end of the track by second call of their event.
Hip Numbers will be used for all running events.
-Blocks will be provided
-No tape on the runways or track (Chalk marks for field events are permitted)
Starting Heights -- Boys: High Jump -- 5' Pole Vault -- 7'
Girls: High Jump -- 4' Pole Vault -- 6'
Meet Schedule --
8:30 -- Coaches meeting in Football Locker Room located in the new building on SW corner of track.
9:00 -- Boys shot Put -- 1st flight, Girls discus -- 1st flight
Boys pole vault, Girls high jump
Boys and Girls long jump -- open pit until 11:00
10:30 -- 4 x 800 relay -- Girls first - All heats are finals (slow to fast)
Concessions will be available throughout the meet.
Admission -- $5.00/student - $6/adult
NO pets/dogs permitted in the facility.
Team Bus Parking -- A reserved area of LOT C will be designated for team bus drop-off and parking. Team buses should access parking LOT C using Plymouth Street (see attached map). Shelby personnel will be present to assist with team drop-off and parking.
