GMC CROSS COUNTRY JUNIOR SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIPS

GMC Trophy will be awarded for each race as soon as scoring is complete.Award ceremony immediately following each race.

Port-a-let Restrooms are available near the tennis courts and behind the Finish line.
Make sure all athletes bring their own water. $5 admission will be charged per car
Scoring will be with GHG timing, a trainer will be stationed near the finish line.
No Coaches meeting, Races usually start on time. Athletes need to be at start line at least 10 minutes before race.

To score as a team, 5 to 7 runners need to be entered with top 5 scoring.
If less than 5 runners are entered in grade races, runners will be given place of finish as individuals.
7th grade runners can not compete in the 8th grade race; the only exception is in the "spirit of fairness" to a team that does not have enough athletes to run as a team.Teams cannot be rearranged to gain a competitive advantage.
