14TH ANNUAL NORTHMONT Jack Lintz INVITATIONAL

 SATURDAY, APRIL 4, 2026

MEET INFORMATION

Dear Coaches,

We at Northmont are glad that you and your teams will be attending the 14th Annual Northmont Jack Lintz Invitational on April 4, 2026. The 5000 m. run will begin at 8:30 A.M. with the mens open, and the field events will start at 9 am. We are striving to make this meet the top early season meet each year that all coaches and athletes want to attend. We wish you and your athletes the best of luck during the 2026 season.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

  1. Entry Fee --- $300.00 for both teams ($150.00 for one team)

    1. Entry Fee Payable to Northmont Athletics

    3. ADs need to accept contract on Dragonfly

  2. Admission --- $8.00 Students and $9.00 Adults

    1. Coaches Meeting at 8:00 A.M. at the Lightning Lounge (Scoreboard end of the stadium)

  3. Lane assignments will be based on the time you submit to Finish Timing.

  4. Awards: Plaque to 1st and 2nd Place teams in both female and male divisions. Individually, we will award T-Shirts for 1st and medals for  2nd, and 3rd.

  5. There will be a concession stand for parents and athletes, and a hospitality area for coaches and officials for breakfast and lunch.

  6. Please remember to bring your own batons for the relay races.

  7. Two competitors per event and one relay team per relay.

  8. The check-in tent will be near the finish line just off the football field. 

  9. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS.

  10. NO FOOTBALLS, SOCCER BALLS, ETC. in the stadium or around field event venues.

  11. Team camps are to be on the East/Visitors side of the stadium or under the stands on the West/Home side of the stadium. Please keep the walkway clear. No camps in the Memorial area.

  12. Buses will be parked at the North/Concession Stand end just outside the stadium.

  13. spikes only and please keep them out of the stands.

  14. Athletes should report to the bullpen area (behind the 110 hurdle start/North end) following the first call. Athletes that are in a field event must notify the field event judge before reporting to your running event after the second call.

  15. EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER IN CASE OF EXTREMELY BAD WEATHER: 937-750-0214.

  16. All running events are finals on time. NO SEMIS TO FINALS.

  17. Throwers and Long Jumpers will get four (4) attempts, no finals.

  18. Scoring will be 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1.

Entries for this meet are to be done on-line through oh.milesplit.com website.

  NORTHMONT Jack Lintz INVITATIONAL SCHEDULE

8:00Coaches and Officials Meeting - In Lightning Lounge, south end of the stadium

8:30 Mens Open 5000                 9:00 Womens 5000                  9:30  Mens Elite 5000

  • Coaches for the 5k only. You can add up to 4 athletes ( Men's elite race 2 max, Mens Open 2 athletes max). Girls Race can have 4 athlete

  •  (all athlete must meet standard below for their race)

5k STANDARD TIMES:

  • Men's Elite 5k race 2 athletes max must have cross country time of 16:59 or faster

  • Open Race standards: 2 athletes max Boys need to be able to run 19:30 or under for the open race.

  • Girls need to be able to run 22:00 or under. Can have up to 4 total athletes 

  • Coaches we ask that you be down on the track to help keep track of your athletes laps

FIELD EVENTS

9:00Mens Long Jump (Open Pit 9am-10:30am -4 jumps - No Finals)

Men: 1 measure legal jump and nothing measured if under 16 - EAST PIT

9:00Mens Pole Vault (opening at 9, up 12 to 10 and then 6)

Womens High Jump (Opening at 4, up 6 to 46 and then 3 until 5 when we go up 2)

Mens Discus(4 throws - No Finals) - 1 measured legal throw and then nothing measured if under 100

Womens Shot (4 throws - No Finals) - 1 measured legal put and then 25 minimum to measure.

Following the completion of the 9:00 field events we will call for the other field events.

 

Womens Pole Vault: (Open at 6 - up 12to 7 and then 6)

Womens Discus: (4 throws - No Finals) - 1 measured legal throw, then 60 minimum to measure.

Mens High Jump:  (Opening at 5, up 6 to 56 and then 3 until 6. After 6 we will go up by  up 2)

Mens Shot: (4 throws - No Finals) - 1 measured legal put, then 40 minimum to   measure.

Womens Long Jump (Open Pit- (90mins) -4 jumps--  No Finals)

Women: 1 measure legal jump and nothing measured if under 13 - EAST PIT

15 minutes excused for another event.

* The Start of the women's 4x400 will not start any sooner than 20 mins from the start of the women's 200m.

Please Note: Because of running the 5000 in the morning there will be no 3200 meter race.
