Entry
Fee: $20 per athlete/ or / $400 per school ($200 per gender max). THIS IS AN ENTRY FEE, NOT A
COMPETITION FEE-There are no refunds for non-accepted entries, scratches or
no-show athletes. Payment is due at the time you enter your athletes online. Anyone who has not paid, or arranged payment
at meet will be scratched from the meet.
- We will be charging $5 for adults to enter

Insurance: Baldwin Wallace University requires each team to provide a Certificate of Insurance adding BW to their coverage
for this event.
Medical
Release: Baldwin Wallace University requires that all those participating must have a BW issued medical release form completed
with parent or legal guardian's signature. Forms must be handed in to BW
at Packet Pickup.

Team Drop-Off Team drop-off will be in Rec Center Parking Lot Teams will unload using the Main Entrance
&
Bus Parking:oftheLouHigginsCenter.BuseswillusetheFairgroundparkinglotoff East Center St, (< 0.5 mile).
Facilities:200 meter Mondo track surface (6 lanes turn / 8 lanes straight) Wooden circles for both the
weight and shot put events

Training
Staff: Medical staff will be on site for emergency only. We
will provide water and ice. Please bring
your own water bottle.
Awards:Event winners will receive a BW "Event Champion" t-shirt. Winners can pick up their shirt at the
scorer's table once results have been posted.
