Meet Information

Dixie High School and Middle School Track Meet Information

HS Meet Dates: 3/31, 4/14, & 4/20

MS Meet Dates: 4/7, 4/27, 5/5

Time: Field events begin at 4:30 pm, and running events begin at 5:30 pm. The coach's meeting will be at 4:00 pm at the press box.

Place: James F. Chief Brown Athletic Field, 200 S. Fuls Road, New Lebanon, OH 45345

Team Camps: Please set up all team camps on the visitor side of the stadium. Tents are allowed on and outside the bleachers. To help with cleanup at the end of the evening, we ask that you make sure that your areas are clean before leaving the meet.

Track: 400 Meter All Weather 6 Lane Track 

FAT Timing System: All track events will be timed using a Fully Automated FinishLynx Timing System.

Results: Live results will be provided for each meet at https://milesplit.live/overall. Select OH under the state field and then select the meet. There will be a QR code in multiple locations at each meet for spectators to access the website with their phones.

Concessions: Concessions will be provided at all high school and middle school track meets. Cash and cards are accepted at the concession stand. 

Meet Admission: $7.00 for Adults, $5.00 for Seniors and Students. Cash and Card payment options will be available at the gate for all meets.

Spectator Viewing: At all meets, only coaches and athletes are allowed inside the track. Spectators watching High Jump, Long Jump, and Pole Vault can stand along the fence just outside the track at each event. Shot Put and Discus are located at the Middle School across the street from the stadium.

Meet Registration and Order of Events

Entries: Entries can be submitted through athletic.net. Once your coach adds the meet to their team's schedule, it will be approved for meet registration. Once approved, the meet date will show up green on your team's calendar. Coaches need to make sure that their full rosters are uploaded to their team pages. Coaches, please enter seed times or distances to ensure your athletes are placed in the proper heats or flights.

Scratches: By email until 4:00 pm the day of the meet.

Number of Entries:

Field: Each school may enter 4 participants per field event.

Running Events: Each school may enter 4 participants per running event. 

Relays: Each school may enter 2 relays per event.

High School Registration Information: Registration available after confirmation

Entry Deadlines:

3/31 Meet (NO RELAYS): Sunday, 3/29/25 by 11:59 PM

4/14 Meet: Sunday, 4/12/25 by 11:59 PM

4/20 Meet: Saturday, 4/18/25 by by 11:59 PM

Middle School Registration Information: Registration available after confirmation

Entry Deadlines:

4/7 Meet: Sunday, 4/5/26 by 11:59 PM

4/27 Meet: Friday, 4/25/26 by 11:59 PM

5/5 Meet: Friday, 5/3/26 by 11:59 PM
