1st Annual Midwest Catholic Cross Country Championships 2010

Kettering, OH

Meet Information

Welcome to the First Annual Midwest Catholic Cross Country Championships!

After hosting the very successful All Ohio Catholic Championships for 15 years, we are excited to expand the field to Catholic Schools from Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Come and compete against the best of Ohio! Last year's All Ohio Catholic champions both went on to be State Champions (Rocky River Magnificat Women - OH#1, MW#1, US#5 and Cleveland St Ignatius Men - OH#1, MW#7)

Note: Sorry, but due to the unusual rules of Michigan and Indiana , we have to limit participation to schools within 300 miles of the meet site (near Dayton, Ohio) and the Indiana state border. Unfortunately this eliminates the majority of Pennsylvania teams.

The events start on Friday Sept 24th with your course preview followed by a delicious pasta dinner and team social, all at the meet site. A festival atmosphere on Saturday features music, awesome t-shirts,delicious concessions, prestigious awards, and of course fun and exciting races in multiple divisions on a beautiful course (site of the post-season MidEast Cross Country Championships for seniors.)

Coaches: Make the Midwest Catholic Championships your motivating over-night trip. The logistics are easy with the affordable pasta dinner on-site (only $5 per person) and nearby lodging options. We will consider housing (with our cross country families) some elite varsity teams. To request lodging, send an e-mail to: ccccoaches@gmail.com with your team qualifications.
