Coaches,
We are going to use milesplit to register for this meet and finishlynx FAT for timing so please enter seed times so athletes are properly seeded. Fast heat last. We will combine events that make sense. For the distance races we will assign hip tags. PLEASE make sure your athlete has this on their right hip so we can ID.

-There will be a gate fee (no online tickets) for spectators charged by the Northwest Local School District of $5 for adults $3 for students.
-4x200m relay exchange 1-Red to Red, exchange 2- Red to Red, exchange 3-Yellow to Yellow, check with exchange zones
-4x100m relay all exchanges yellow to yellow
