*EVENTS WILL BE SCORED SIX PLACES. 10-8-6-4-2-1, 1st, 2nd, 3rd PLACES WILL RECEIVE A
MEDAL.
AWARDS:
There will be no official awards ceremony at the conclusion of the invitational. The head coach
from each team will be asked to report to the scorer's tent at the conclusion of the 4 x 400 meter
relay to receive their athletes awards and team results. Teams are encouraged to clean up their
camp area and leave the campus when their last athlete has finished competing. Results will be
posted on www.milesplit.com at the conclusion of the invitational.
TEAM ARRIVAL INFORMATION:
Teams may begin arriving/checking in at the main stadium gate at 3:30PM.
Team check-in/packet distribution will be located at the scorer's tent
There will be a coaches meeting at the timer's tent at 4:15PM
All team camps will be located on and around the football field
There will be no spectators permitted inside the fenced track area.
SPECTATOR INFORMATION:
Spectators may enter the main stadium gate at 3:45PM.
All spectators are expected to follow any specific requests from event personnel.
Spectators may not enter the fenced/track area within the stadium under any
circumstances.
