15th Annual Toledo High School Invitational

Entries: All entries for the Toledo Collegiate Challenge must be done on www.finishtiming.com . You will need to go in and create a team account and enter your roster. You can enter as many athletes as you wish in each event.

Entry Fee: $150 per school.

Entry Deadline: All entries must be done by 9:00pm on Thursday, April 14, 2011.

Results: All results for this meet will be done by Finishtiming and the results will be posted on both www.finishtiming.com and on www.utrockets.com following the meet.

Scoring: We will use championship-style scoring of 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1 for all events.

Parking: There will be ample parking for all teams for this meet in the parking lots surrounding the track and field facility. Team buses and vans will be asked to park in Lot 10 which is in front of the Glass Bowl.

Team Camps: Team camps will be allowed in the grass areas on the outside of the track or inside the Fetterman Indoor Facility. If you are using the Fetterman facility, the team camps must be on the infield of the football field, off the grass oval. No food will be allowed on the turf unless you have a tarp. Each school is responsible for maintaining their team camp area.

Warm-up areas: There will be no warm-ups on the outdoor track. All warm-ups will take place in the indoor facility. There is a three-lane oval on the turf and there is a six-lane, 120-meter straight of regular track surface. There will be hurdles and blocks available in the Fetterman building.

Seating: For this meet, the athletes will be allowed to sit in the permanent seating or in the bleachers located on the outside of the track. There will be no seating for athletes or spectators inside the actual track. Only athletes competing in each event will be allowed at the field event areas.

Check-in: All check-in for running events will take place inside of the Fetterman Indoor Facility. You must check-in for your event 45-minutes prior to the event. You will receive your hip numbers.

Field Event Check-in: Will happen at the field event sites.
