PARKING
Buses should pull in the Delaine Avenue Athletic Entrance Parking lot. Drop the teams off next to the Tennis Courts and enter the Track Stadium at the South Entrance (Team Drop #2). BUSES SHOULD PARK IN THE STUDENT PARKING LOT BY THE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER NEXT TO SHROYER ROAD.
TEAM CAMPSWe have some green space on the West side of the Track Stadium and the Northeast Corner next to Trent Arena. We are capable for additional camp area outside the fence but with easy access on the West Side of the Track Stadium.

Conference/League passes will be honored for both nights. All team members/coaches should enter with the team and/or be properly identified.
Concession will be open both nights serving full compliment of snacks as well as hamburgers cooked on the grill.

HOSPITALITY
There will be a hospitality tent for workers, officials, and coaches. Please do not abuse this courtesy. We have a lot of teams and need everyones cooperation.

TRAINING ROOM/SPORTS MEDICINE
Our training staff, under the direction of The Kettering Sports Medicine Center, will be available both nights to assist you and your athletes. Preventative taping should be done by your staff, however, if that is not possible, our staff will be glad to assist with YOUR supplies. Please contact our trainer, Robin Lensch, ATC/L either at school (499-1705) or on her cell (673-1598) in advance if you have any special needs or questions.
AWARDS
TEAM
A Championship Award and Runner-Up Award will be presented at the conclusion of the meet for both Boys and Girls Teams (4 total awards)
INDIVIDUAL
1st through 3rd will receive a medal (with drape)

.GENERAL INFORMATION
Each school can enter two contestants per event (except relays) See online entry.
If payment ($190.00) has not been sent, those can be brought to the events. Make checks payable to Fairmont Athletic Department.
Starting blocks WILL be provided.
Only cone-shaped spikes are allowed.
No spikes are allowed in the stands.
All field events will be closed after the event is over. No practicing in these events will be permitted.
No camps will be allowed inside the track. Only participants are allowed inside the track.
