9:00am - Women's College - 6000meter
9:45am - Men's College - 8000meter / 5 Mile Race
10:30am - Women's High School Varsity & Junior Varsity - 5000meter / 3.1 Mile Race
11:15am - Men's High School Varsity & Junior Varsity - 5000meter / 3.1 Mile Race
12:00pm - Women's & Men's Middle School - 2 Mile Race

Cross Country Course at MetroParks Farm
Mill Creek Metro Parks Farm/YSU permanent Cross Country Course is designed to NCAA Division-I Championship specifications. 30 foot width throughout all turns on flat/fast grass and crushed limestone/wood chip terrain is used to efficiently manage big race fields. This is an exceptional spectator course as runners loop by the start/finish area on a 1K, 2K, 3K permanent loop. With a wide starting line to comfortably accommodate 34 plus starting boxes.

Entry Fees: Open to all Middle School Teams and unattached athletes.
$90 per middle school team, per gender via Mile Split Ohio (men and women separate) *with a team consisting of 5 or more athletes in uniform*. $9.00 per unattached middle school athlete via Mile Split Ohio.
Payment will be made directly on Mile Split Ohio or by check made out to "Coach G's Meet Management LLC" and mailed to address "1351 Pheasant Ct. Youngstown, OH 44512".

Timing/Results: YSU Meets will be using chip timing from GCXC for race timing & results. Live results can be found HERE.
YSU XC Liability Forms: Coaches must download and print the YSU XC Liability Form linked Here. This form must be signed and submitted to meet management on the day of the races in the barn.

Restrooms: Porta Johns will be onsite and located near the start line.
Parking: $10 Spectator entry fee per car. Spectator Parking at the Canfield Fairgrounds through Gate #9. Spectators will walk across Route 46 at the designated flagged area.

Course Preview & Practice: The Cross Country Course will be available for a Pre-Meet Workout with water provided from 12:00pm-5:00pm on Friday, September 25th.
Packet Pick-up: Team packets will be available Saturday, September 26th 7:30am-8:30am. Team packet pick-up will be located at the XC Course at the Barn. Entry Fees must be paid in full before collecting packets.
Declaration & Scratches: To properly facilitate results for "Did Not Start" / "Did Not Finish" please return bib numbers of scratched entrants to the packet pick-up barn, no less than 15 minutes prior to the start of your assigned race.
Facilities on Map / Team Tents:
- Barn is for packet pick-up and is also the hospitality area for meet workers.
- Podium for awards.
- Concessions will be on-site selling donuts, hot dogs, popcorn, soda, etc.
- Trainer and DJ/Announcer tents at the finish line.
- The Team Tent Areas should only be Team Personnel and Competitors.
Sports Medicine: Athletic Trainers will be available 30 minutes prior to the first race, until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the final race. Athletic Trainers will be located in tents at the finish line corral with ice baths available if needed. Races will have a Lead Vehicle - Gator/Golf Cart and a Follow Vehicle - Medical Golf Cart.
Awards: T-Shirts for Top 8 Finishing Individual Runners recognized on the podium. Awards will be right after each race for the top 8 finishers.
