Meet Schedule:
3:00 Boys Varsity - 7 runners per team
3:40 Girls Varsity - 7 runners per team
4:20 Boys-JV/Open - unlimited entries
5:00 Girls-JV/Open - unlimited entries
TIMING CHIPS
This meet will be timed using the Ipico chip technology. Each runner must have the chip attached to their shoe. To decrease the chance of the chip falling off, athletes will need to attach the chip using the laces on their shoes.
Athlete packets will be grouped by team and consist of an envelope with a bib number and chip(s) for each athlete. Please read the instructions on each envelope on how to attach the chip.
Coaches will be responsible for returning all used and unused chips to the timing area after the meet. All unaccounted for chips will be charged to the school in the amount of $5/chip.
Coaches - Please email derek@ohiorunning your varsity 7 no later than Fri Oct 15th at noon so that we may issue them two chips.
SCORING
The meet will be scored as one large 18 team meet, as well as within each division.
ENTRY
Online Entry will be used for this event. Entry will close on Thursday, Oct 14th at 10:00 AM. Please enter all runners in the High School boys or High School Girls race. Top seven runners on each team will run in the varsity races. All other will participate in the JV events.
