SPRINGBORO EAGLE RELAYS
Date: Tuesday, April 12, 2011
Where: Springboro Careflight Field (located off of South 741). Enter through the High School entrance and park in the High School parking lot. Admission to the meet will ONLY be located through the gates on the High School side of the stadium.
Tentative Time Schedule: 4:30pm- Coaches Meeting
5:00pm- Field Events- four attempts- all finals
Shot put (Boys 1st Girls 2nd)
Discus (Girls 1st Boys 2nd)
Long Jump (Girls 1st Boys 2nd)
High Jump (Boys 1st Girls 2nd)
Pole Vault (Girls 1st Boys 2nd)
6:00pm- Running Events- slowest to fastest heat(s)
(ALL EVENTS WILL BE RAN AS FINALS)
Shuttle Hurdles (4 x 100) Girls
Shuttle Hurdles (4 x 110) Boys
Sprint Medley (100-100-200-400) (G/B)
Distance Medley (800-400-1200-1600) (G/B)
400 Relay (4 x 100) (G/B)
3200 Relay (4 x 800) (G/B)
800 Relay (4 x 200) (G/B)
1600 Medley (200-200-400-800) (G/B)
1600 Relay (4 x 400) (G/B)
***Rolling Time Schedule***
Cost: $75 per HS team. $150 max per school district.
Admissions: $6.00 per adult; $4.00 per student or Senior Citizen.
Scoring: 10 8 6 5 4 3 2 1. Score all three participants in the field events.
Awards: Team Trophies to the top two teams. Individual metals and ribbons will be awarded if we have 16 teams in the meet.
Additional Information:
Concessions will be available all athletes and spectators. A coachs hospitality room will be available for coaches and officials only.
Please ensure spikes are appropriate (1/4 inch or smaller) on the all-weather track.
Please keep athletes off the turf field as much as possible.
Entries/Checking-in/Results:
All High School athletes may participate in four (4) events maximum.
Schools are limited to three (3) entries per field event and one (1) relay team per running event (unless we do not find 16 teams, then we can allow extra relays teams per school).
Coaches need to submit entries online at www.finishtiming.com. The entry deadline is TBA.
The Bullpen/check-in area will be located at the CHUTE end of the Track (North-West end) and all runners should check-in at the bullpen on FIRST call.
