Time Schedule

10:00 am- Mens: shot put, pole vault, high jump & long jump
Womens: discus, high jump & long jump

4 throws for all throws

LJ (m & w) open pit, 3 jumps & two 45 minute flights
with 15 minute break between flights.

Long jump & High Jump will happen at the same time this year as we have redone our track so it can happen this way.

**at the conclusion of above, the corresponding m/w events will start**

NOON- MENS HAMMER (THEN WOMENS)
Mens & Womens triple jump will be 20 minutes after long jump
Womens pv starts 30 minutes after mens pv
Womens hammer after the mens hammer

**all field events are 3 person total**
**all running events contested women, then men

4 x 300 Low Hurdles
4 x 100 Relay
4 x 400 Relay
DMR (order) 1200, 400, 800 & 1600
SMR (order) 100, 100, 200 & 400
Shuttle hurdles 33 girls, 36 boys
4 x 400 Steeplechase Relay (girls)
2000 Steeplechase girls 24, boys 36
4 x 400 Steeplechase Relay (boys)
4 x 200 Relay
4 x 800 Relay
